LAST ORBIT

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Last Orbit has no ads, no advertising or analytics SDKs, and needs no account to play. We collect the minimum needed to count players, run the online rankings and answer feedback, and we never sell or share data for advertising.

Who is responsible

This policy covers the web game at last-orbit.com and the Android app “Last Orbit” (com.lastorbit.game). The data controller is Javier Torres, an independent developer. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

Play statistics (every player)

Purpose: to know how many people play, from where and for how long, so we can improve the game. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Online rankings (only if you submit a score)

The name, score and country are shown publicly in the rankings. Please don't use your real name. A one-time game ticket is checked to stop cheating. Legal basis: providing the rankings you choose to take part in.

Feedback (only if you send it)

Purpose: to read and, if you left an email, answer you. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Google sign-in (website only, only for online VS matches)

Purpose: online matches bind each nickname to one account so nobody can play as someone else. Legal basis: providing the online mode you sign up for. The Android app does not offer sign-in.

Security

Our servers process your IP address temporarily to deliver the pages, limit abusive request rates and keep technical logs.

Stored on your device

The game keeps your settings, mission progress, last ranking name and the random ID in your browser's local storage or in the app's private storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes them. Cookies are used only if you sign in (a session cookie and a short-lived sign-in check). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else processes data

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Children

Last Orbit is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and receive a copy of it. Write to [email protected]. Since we don't know who you are, include your ranking name, the approximate date or your Google email so we can find your data. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

Only players who signed in with Google on last-orbit.com (for online VS matches) have a Last Orbit account. To delete it, email [email protected] from that Google address with the subject “Delete my Last Orbit account”.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
